🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy for Elegance Avenue (COD Included)

 

 

1. Processing Time

 

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the following business day.


 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We offer reliable shipping options for your jewelry. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Payment Options (Including COD Policy)

 

We offer convenient prepaid options (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Eligibility: COD is available on domestic orders within India up to a maximum order value of ₹4999.

    • Note: Orders exceeding this value must be prepaid.

  • COD Fee: There is no COD Fee but ₹150/- needs to be paid of the order value during the checkout and the remaining during the time of delivery

  • Confirmation: COD orders may require a confirmation call from our team before processing. If the order is unconfirmed after 3 attempts, it may be cancelled.


 

4. Order Tracking and Security

 

  • Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS within 24 hours of dispatch, containing your tracking number(s).

  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured by Elegance Avenue until the moment they are delivered to you.

  • Signature Required: For orders exceeding ₹[Your High Value, e.g., 5,000], we require a signature confirmation upon delivery.


 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

  • Domestic Orders (India): All applicable GST/Taxes are calculated and included in your final price at checkout. No additional duties or taxes are due upon delivery.

  • International Orders: Elegance Avenue is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


 

6. Damages, Loss, and Delivery Issues

 

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [eleganceavenue14@gmail.com/ +44 7435441060] with photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for packages that show successful delivery confirmation to the provided address.
