5. CANCELLATION POLICY

After 6 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as we may have already started processing your order. In case of successful cancellation within the stipulated time, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This may include situations where a product is out of stock, there are pricing errors, or any other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling your order. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone and provide a full refund of any payments made. 6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order is confirmed, we will process it and ship it within 8-10 business days subject to unanticipated events that might delay the delivery. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination and the availability of the product. Generally, deliveries within metropolitan areas may take 3-7 business days, while remote areas may take longer. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

   2. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, size, and weight of your order. Any additional charges, such as customs duties or local taxes, shall be borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

   3. We provide a tracking number for all orders so you can monitor the status of your delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details, including the recipient's name, complete address, and contact number. Elegance Avenue will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
